The topic of the diploma thesis is the interception and recording of the telecommunication traffic. In the introductory part of the thesis the basic terminology is defined. The thesis also deals with the legal conditions under which interception and recording of the telecommunication traffic can be ordered and implemented, and the issue of spatial interception is also dealt with.
