Evaluation of the economic situation of the agricultural society

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vyhodnocení ekonomického vývoje zemědělské společnosti pomocí metod finanční analýzy. Práce obsahuje teoretické seznámení s použitými metodami finanční analýzy a zdroji dat. Dále obsahuje seznámení s celkovou situací v prostředí, ve kterém společnost působí. V praktické části je popsána konkrétní společnost včetně změn praktikovaných v rámci krizového řízení. Následuje výpočet vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy, který v souhrnném hodnocení potvrzuje úspěšnost praktikovaných změn. Většina vypočtených hodnot je pro přehlednost znázorněna graficky. Dílčí cíl se zabývá výpočtem závislosti společnosti na dotacích a modelací dopadů změn, které reálně mohou v nejbližších letech nastat. Výpočet závislosti na dotacích má vzestupný trend, závislost se tedy postupně zvyšuje. Modelový příklad prokázal, že společnost nebude moci v případě omezení dotačních prostředků dlouhodobě prosperovat.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of evaluation of economic development of agricultural society by means of financial analysis methods. The thesis contains theoretical introduction to used methods of financial analysis and data sources. It also includes an introduction to the overall situation in the environment in which the company operates. The practical part describes a particular company, including changes practiced in crisis management. Following is the calculation of selected indicators of financial analysis, which in the summary evaluation confirms the success of the changes. Most of the calculated values are shown graphically for clarity. The partial goal is to calculate the dependence of the company on subsidies and the modeling of the impacts of changes that can occur in the coming years. The calculation of dependence on subsidies has an upward trend, so the dependence is gradually increasing. The model example has shown that the company will not be able to prosper in the long term in the event of a reduction in subsidies.
