Optimization of the Business Model of the Online Store Jednoručky.cz

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a zdokonalení obchodního modelu malého internetového obchodu Jednoručky.cz, který se zabývá prodejem nakládacích činek. Cílem práce je odhalit zásadní nedostatky v jeho strategii, nalézt hlavní příčiny poklesu tržeb tohoto e-shopu a navrhnout změny, které povedou k zajištění bezproblémového chodu a opětovnému růstu počtu objednávek. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány základní aspekty důležité při založení a provozu e-shopu, spolu s představením některých aktuálních trendů z oblasti internetového marketingu a možností, které se českým podnikatelům nabízejí pro získávání informací z této oblasti. Praktická část této práce charakterizuje a hodnotí interní procesy a strategii e-shopu Jednoručky.cz a na základě takto získaných zjištění navrhuje komplexní plán optimalizace jeho obchodního modelu. Ten bude v obchodě realizován v průběhu roku 2015.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the analysis and improvement of the business model of a small online store Jednoručky.cz, which sells fitness dumbbells. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the fundamental flaws in the store's strategy, to find the main causes of the decline in sales of this online business and propose changes that will lead to a smooth operation and return to growth of customer orders. The theoretical part describes the basic aspects that are important in the establishment and operation of an online store, followed by the introduction of some current trends in internet marketing and the opportunities that are offered to Czech entrepreneurs to obtain information from this field. The practical part of the thesis describes and evaluates internal processes and strategy of the store Jednoručky.cz and on the basis of these findings, it suggests a comprehensive plan for optimizing its business model. The plan will be realized during the year 2015.
