Zkoumání postojů k elektromobilům v České republice

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikovat postoje a stanoviska jednotlivců pobývajících v České republice, pokud jde o elektromobily. Rovněž se zohledňuje povědomí zákazníků a ochota nakupovat elektrické modely vzhledem k dopadu nabídky dodávek elektromobilů z automobilového průmyslu a vládních politik. Výzkum byl indukován kvalitativním způsobem prostřednictvím hloubkových rozhovorů. Účastníci českého pobytu byli vyzváni, aby se podělili o své postřehy ohledně výše uvedeného tématu. Výsledky odvozené ze studie ukázaly, že jednotlivci by měli větší tendenci se přizpůsobovat, pokud by se měla zlepšit nabíjecí infrastruktura, měla by se snížit kupní cena nebo by vláda poskytla dotace běžným občanům a eliminovala úzkost z cesty rozšířením dojezdu a zrychlení procesu nabíjení. Marketingové kampaně by měly být přizpůsobeny nejnovějším digitálním trendům a je třeba hledat kreativní způsoby, jak přilákat pozornost zákazníků. Je třeba věnovat pozornost získanému obrazu, designu automobilu, vysoké funkčnosti a nižším nákladům při přechodu na elektrický automobil.

Abstract:

The current thesis is aimed to identify the stands and viewpoints of individuals residing in the Czech Republic regarding electric cars. Customer awareness and willingness of purchasing electric models given the impact of EV supply offer from the automotive industry as well as governmental policies are also considered. The research has been induced in a qualitative manner through in-depth interviews. Participants of Czech residency were invited to share their perceptions over the aforementioned topic. Results derived from the study showed that individuals would have a greater tendency to adapt if the charging infrastructure were to be improved, the purchase price was to be lowered or government would provide subsidies for the common citizen and eliminating road anxiety through the extension of driving range and speeding up of the charging process. Marketing campaigns should be adapted to the newest digital trends and need to find creative ways of attracting the attention of its customers. Importance needs to be given to the image gained, design of the automobile, high functionality, and the lower costs coming from converting to an electric automobile.
