Strategic Planning in a Non-Profit Organization

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je využití teoretických znalostí o strategickém plánování a jeho jednotlivé kroky aplikovat na mnou zvolenou neziskovou organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická a druhá praktická. V teoretické části je popsán postup a využívané metody strategického plánování v podnikatelské i nepodnikatelské sféře. V praktické části je postup strategického plánování aplikován na vybranou neziskovou organizaci. Je zde analyzováno vnitřní i vnější prostředí organizace, a také vyhotovena SWOT analýza. Na základě získaných informací, stanoveného poslání a cílů organizace, je neziskové organizaci doporučena optimální strategie.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor is to use the theoretical knowledege of strategic planning and individual steps to apply to me the chosen non-profit organization. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and the other practical. The theoretical part describes the procedure used and methods of strategic planning in the business and non-business sphere. In the practical part of the strategic planning process is applied to the selected non-profit organization. There are analyzed the internal and external environment of the organization, and also prepared a SWOT analysis. Based on the information provided for the mission and objectives of the organization is a nonprofit organization recommended oprimal strategy.
