Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaký vliv má správná motivace na rozsah a kvalitu výkonu. Podle zjištěných výsledků z výzkumu udělat návrh pro firmu na zlepšení v problematických oblastech. Teoretická část slouží k definování 4 základních pojmů: motivace, řízení pracovního výkonu, pracovní podmínky a odměňování. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to find out what influence the right motivation has on the scope and quality of performance. According to findings results from the research, make a suggestion for the company to improve in problem areas.
