Diplomová práca sa zaoberá tradičnými a agilnými metodikami vývoja softvéru so zameraním na malé a stredné firmy realizujúce malé softvérové projekty. Na začiatku práce sú popísané vybrané tradičné a agilné metodiky a sú diskutované výhody a nevýhody ich použitia.
