Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje a podává souhrn poznatků z teorie a praxe z oblasti institutu překážek v práci. Zaměřuje se na popis a charakteristiku překážek v práci jak na straně zaměstnavatele, tak na straně zaměstnance se zaměřením na jiné důležité osobní překážky v práci na straně zaměstnance. This bachelor´s thesis analyzes and summarizes theoretically and practically the findings regarding the obstacles at work. It concentrates on description and characterization of the obstacles at work both on the employer’s side and on the employee’s side focusing on important personal obstacles on the employee’s side.
