Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na profesní image mužů v ošetřovatelství, přičemž hlavním cílem je zjistit, jaký je profesní image mužů v ošetřovatelství. Teoretická část práce se věnuje faktorům ovlivňujícím profesní image mužů v tomto oboru, problematice genderové nerovnováhy a motivaci mužů pro volbu ošetřovatelství.
