Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Vliv zřízení území se zvláštní ochranou na ekonomický rozvoj regionu“ je posouzení ekonomických dopadů na potenciální vznik chráněných území. První část práce se zabývá obecnou ochranou území. Druhá část poukazuje na ekonomická a hospodářská omezení, ale i na finanční nástroje, která by tato omezení mohla kompenzovat. Třetí část práce se věnuje cestovnímu ruchu jako jednomu z nejdůležitějších nástrojů regionálního rozvoje a jeho dopadům na danou oblast. Zvláštní pozornost je v této části věnována cestovnímu ruchu v chráněných územích. Čtvrtá a poslední část práce hodnotí potencionální zřízení území se zvláštní ochranou – CHKO Soutok a jeho možné ekonomické přínosy v návaznosti na cestovní ruch. Analýza cestovního ruchu v již vzniklých velkoplošných chráněných územích ukazuje především na změny, které nastaly po získání statutu chráněného území.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is “The influence of special protection area establishment upon the economic development of a region”, and the main goal is to evaluate the economic impact of the potential establishment of protected areas. The first part of the thesis is devoted to general issues of environmental protection. The second part of the thesis deals with economic limitations, and with the financial tools that could be employed to compensate for the aforementioned limitations. The third part of the thesis focuses on tourism as on one of the most important tools of regional development, and also on its impacts on the given area. A special attention is given to tourism in protected areas. The fourth and last part of the thesis evaluates the potential establishment of a special protection area – SPO Soutok – and its possible economic benefits for tourims. The analysis of tourism in the already existing large-scale protected areas shows above all the changes that took place after the acquisition of the special protection area status.
