Annual Risk Assessment from the Perspective of Internal Audit

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Annual Risk Assessment z pohledu interního auditu“ je identifikovat potenciální rizika, která ohrožují analyzovaný podnik, zhodnotit je z pohledu jejich potenciálního dopadu, navrhnout způsob jejich řízení a systém jejich pravidelného hodnocení. První část práce je zaměřena na shrnutí hlavních teoretických poznatků z oblasti interního auditu, risk assessmentu a risk managementu se zaměřením na koncepční rámce Enterprise Risk Managementu COSO a ISO 31000. V druhé části vytvářím systém risk assessmentu a implementuji ho do procesu interního auditu konkrétního podniku.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Annual Risk Assessment from the Perspective of Internal Audit“is to identify potential risks, which company has to deal with, assess the potential impact of main risks and build the system of risk management and annual risk assessment. The first part is concentrated on summarizing the main theoretical knowledge from the field of internal audit, risk management and risk assessment with the focus on frameworks Enterprise Risk Management COSO and ISO 31000. In the second part I build the system of risk assessment and implement it to the internal audit process in particular company.
