Preparation of teacher training for teaching
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na „Přípravu učitele odborného výcviku na vyučování“. V teoretické části je charakterizován učební obor cukrář .V části praktické je to odborný výcvik žáků 1. ročníku oboru cukrář, technologické postupy výroby listového a plundrového těsta, didaktický test a jeho vyhodnocení.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis is focused on the "Preparation of teacher of vocational training for teaching." The theoretical part is characterized by a confectioner apprenticeship. Practical part includes vocational training to students first year of confectioner, technological processes of production puff pastry and plunder dough, didactic test and its evaluation.
