Abstract:
Byla testována možnost nedestruktivní kvantitativní chemické analýzy silikátových ma-teriálů pomocí energodispersní rentgenové fluorescenční spektrometrie na přístroji ElvaX. Rovněž byly ověřovány efekty zeslabování a zesilování rentgenových fluorescenčních spekter majoritních prvků silikátové matrice přítomností dalších prvků s blízkou atomovou hmotností. The possibility of nondestructive quantitative chemical analysis of silicate materials using energodispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with ElvaX spectrometer has been tested. Also the effects of weakening and amplification of X-ray fluorescence spectra of majority silicate matrix elements by presence of other elements have been verified.
