Řízení znalosti – účel, význam, systémy

Abstract:
Cílem této práce je provést průzkum systému řízení znalostí v konkretním podniku a jeho zhodnocení. První část je zaměřena na teoritické vymezení základních pojmů v této oblasti: data, informace, znalosti, tvorba znalostí, práce se znalostmi a intelektuální kapitál.V praktické části je proveden průzkum současné situace systému řízení znalostí v podniku,jeho zhodnocení a návrh na zlepšení.
Abstract:
Aim of this thesis is to analyze system of knowledge management in a specific company and to evaluate it. First part is focused on the theoretical definition of the basis terms in this area: data, information, knowledge, knowledge creation and intellectual capital.Second part is about analyze a status quo of knowledge management in the enterprise, done the evalution and suggestions for improvement …more
