Diplomová práce by měla poskytnout komplexní pohled na institut předsednictví po Lisabonské smlouvě. Cílem textu je právní analýza problematiky předsednictví, nicméně využívány jsou ve velké míře i poznatky z oblasti politologie a dalších společenských věd. The thesis „European Council and Council Presidency“ covers the topic of presidency in the European Union after the adoption of Lisbon treaty.
