Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá celoživotním vzděláváním policistů. V úvodních kapitolách práce je pojednání o andragogice, jejích teoretických východiscích a jejím využití ve vzdělání policie. Dále budeme hovořit o profesním vzdělávání dospělých a významu dalšího odborného vzdělávání. V dalších kapitole pak následuje popis organizační struktury a řízení policie a jsou zde i popsány požadavky profilu policisty, motivace policistů ke vstupu do systému celoživotního vzdělávání a nutnost jejich celoživotního vzdělávání. Další kapitola teoretické části diplomové práce je věnována úloze Policejního prezidia ČR ve vzdělávání policistů. Najdeme zde útvary, které se podílejí na vzdělávání policistů, popisuje základní odbornou přípravu a dále se věnuje možnostem zahraničního vzdělávání příslušníků Policie České republiky. Poslední kapitola teoretické části diplomové práce se věnuje úloze Ministerstva vnitra ČR ve vzdělávání policistů, charakterizuje útvar, který vzdělávání zajišťuje a popisuje vzdělávací instituce Ministerstva vnitra. Je zde popsána činnost Policejní akademie ČR a také mimoresortní vzdělávání policistů. Empirickým výzkumem realizovaným za využití dotazníkové metody a rozhovoru pak v poslední části diplomové práce ověřuji reálnou aplikaci systému celoživotního vzdělávání policistů Policie ČR v praxi, ale také to, jakou mají policisté motivaci ke vstupu do tohoto systému.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with lifelong learning of policemen. In the introducing chapters there is a treatise on andragogy and its use in, police education. We will follow with part about professional education of adult and the value of the training.. The next chapters include description of the organizing structure and the police management and description of requirements for policemen profile together with the necessity of their lifelong learning. The next chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the role of the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic in the training of police officers. We can find departments that are involved in police training. There is described the basic training and is dedicated to the possibilities of foreign education of the Police of the Czech Republic. The last chapter of the thesis is devoted to the role of the Interior Ministry in the training of police officers, characterizes the department, which provides education and describes the educational institutions of the Ministry of Interior. There is also described the activities Police Academy and extra-departmental training of police officers. The research was realized using the questionnaire method, then the empirical part of the thesis verifies the fair application of the system of lifelong education of police officers of the Police of the Czech republic in practice and motivation of police officers to join this system.
