Abstract:
The theme of my Bachelor´s works is „Bodies of Limited Liability Company.“ My intention is to get near to the sphere of action authorities, enforcement of competence of authorities in company with one person in management, to explain the matter of delegation of sphere of aktion specially to point out the corporate authority of company.
Abstract:
Témou mojej bakalárskej práce sú „Orgány spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným.“ Mojim cieľom je priblížiť pôsobnosť orgánov, výkon pôsobnosti orgánov v jednoosobovej spoločnosti, objasniť otázku delegovania pôsobnosti a osobitne poukázať na štatutárny orgán spoločnosti.
