Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce na téma Podnikatelský plán pro založení drobného podniku v oblasti vizážistických služeb je zpracování podnikatelského záměru v provozování vizážistických služeb a pořádání kurzů v daném oboru. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část představuje objasnění základních pojmů z oblasti podnikání. Vymezuje teoretické poznatky pro správné sestavení podnikatelského záměru a uvádí literární zdroje související s danou problematikou. Praktická část je zaměřena na vlastní aplikaci teoretických znalostí do praxe. Řízeným strukturovaným rozhovorem budou zjištěny potřeby zákazníků poptávajících se po vizážistických službách. Analýzou výsledků bude zjištěno, co klientelu nejvíce oslovuje. Analýzy výsledků budou následně zapracovány do podnikatelského plánu. Konkurenční prostředí přímo pro Mladou Boleslav bude řešeno osobní návštěvou salónu a rozborem webových stránek. Finanční stránku bude zastřešovat zpracování rozpočtu potřebného kapitálu, zdrojů jeho krytí a rozpočet nákladů a výnosů. Následná analýza vyhodnotí prosperitu daného podniku. Samotné založení bude právně podloženo oznámením o založení živnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis on the topic Business plan for the establishment of a small business in the field of make-up services is the processing of a business plan in the operation of make-up services and the organization of courses in this field. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is an explanation of basic terms from the field of business. It defines the theoretical knowledge for the correct compilation of a business plan and lists literary sources related to the issue. The practical part is focused on the actual application of theoretical knowledge into practice. A guided structured interview will identify the needs of customers inquiring about make-up services. By analyzing the results, it will be found out what appeals to the clientele the most. The analyses of the results will then be incorporated into the business plan. The financial side will be covered by the preparation of the budget of the necessary capital, sources of its coverage and the budget of costs and revenues. Subsequent analysis evaluates the prosperity of the company. The establishment itself will be legally supported by a notification of the establishment of a trade.
