Bakalářská práce pojednává o výjimečném trestání na území České republiky. První část práce je teoretická a je v ní zpracována základní problematika výjimečného trestání. Pozornost je též věnována historii trestání, pozici výjimečného trestu v současné právní úpravě a otázce trestu smrti. The bachelor's thesis is about exceptional punishment in Czech republic. The first part of thesis is devoted to the elementary theoretical institutes of punishment as such, i.e. what are the purpouses, functions and general conceptions of punishment.
