Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ?Knihovny pro handicapované ? poskytování služeb pro zdravotně znevýhodněné? by měla shromáždit podstatná fakta o službách poskytovaných handicapovaným občanům v knihovnách. Obsahuje v současné době aktuální téma integrace zdravotně postižených do společnosti prostřednictvím knihoven. Jednoduše je zde popsán systém knihoven v ČR a legislativa zaměřená na handicapované. Dalším cílem je přiblížit jednotlivé druhy zdravotního postižení a u každého z nich specifikovat služby a technické pomůcky, které jsou jim určené. Částečně poukazuje na způsob získávání finančních prostředků na tyto služby.

Abstract:

This Bachelor work named ?The libraries for handicapped ? rendition of services for handicapped should compile the relevant facts about provision of services for handicapped people in the libraries. It contains very actual theme nowdays, it means the integration of handicapped people to our society through the libraries. The main system of libraries in the Czech Republic is simply described in this work and also the legislation relevant to handicapped. The other point is to bring closer the separate kinds of health handicaps and to specify the services and technical instruments, that are definite for each of them. This work also partly advert to the way how to get some financial resources.
