Possibilities of registration of an individual entrepreneur and their impact on the tax base

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání jednotlivých evidencí podnikatelské činnosti individuálního podnikatele a posouzení jejich vlivu na výši daně z příjmů fyzických osob. Teoretická část práce je věnována vysvětlení základních zásad a postupů při využití výdajového paušálu, daňové evidence a účetnictví a také poukázání na hlavní odlišnosti těchto způsobů evidence. Dále je vysvětlen postup zjišťování daňového základu a daňové povinnosti podnikatele. V praktické části jsou tyto teoretické předpoklady aplikovány na praktický příklad fiktivní podnikatelky.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the comparison of the available distinct registration options of an individual entrepreneur and assessing their impact on the amount of the individual's income tax. The theoretical part explains the basic principles and procedures for the use of expense allowance, tax records and accounting and it points out the main differences between these means of registration. Furthermore, it explains how to determine tax base and tax obligation. In the practical part, these theoretical assumptions are applied in a practical example of a fictional entrepreneur.
