Participace veřejnosti v oblasti životního prostředí je celosvětově stále častěji využívána ve veřejné správě na úrovni obcí. Cílem práce je zjištění, proč se participativní metody v této oblasti především v oboru budování a údržby městské zeleně nevyužívají ve větší míře a jaké jsou s tím spojené problémy.
