Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje smírčímu řízení. Je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol, které nesou názvy: Vývoj smíru v české právní úpravě, Pojem smíru a smírčího řízení, Smírčí řízení z pohledu platného práva a Exkurs do francouzské právní úpravy.
Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to the conciliation proceeding. It is divided into four main chapters: the development of judicial settlement in the Czech law, the concept of judicial settlement and conciliation proceeding, the conciliation proceeding from the view of good law and the excursus to the French law.
