Jádrem bakalářské práce je způsob určování náhrady újmy, zejména v případech, kdy výši náhrady určují soudy České republiky. Odborná část práce je věnována specifickým právním pojmům, limitace náhrady škody a moderace náhrady škody soudy. The core of the thesis is the method of assessment of compensation, especially in cases where the amount of compensation is determined by the courts of the Czech Republic.
