Abstract:
Pro účely rozlišení lidského nebo zvířecího původu vzorku kostí byla vybrána metoda mnohonásobné PCR, kdy v jednom kroku dochází k amplifikaci dvou cílových úseků mtDNA – 309 bp dlouhého fragmentu genu pro cytochrom b a 259 bp dlouhého fragmentu D-smyčky hypervariabilní oblasti. Abstract:
A multiplex amplification was chosen for species determination of bones of human or non-human origin. Amplification of both cytochrom b (309 bp) and hypervariable D-loop (259 bp) of mitochondrial DNA is possible in a single-round PCR.
