Optimization of the education system in a selected company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem firemního vzdělávání ve společnosti XYZ. V teoretické části se autorka věnuje celoživotním vzděláváním, firemním vzděláváním a cyklem systematického vzdělávání dospělých. V praktické části se diplomová práce zabývá konkrétním systémem vzdělávání v organizaci a druhy školení. Výsledkem práce je zjištění absence nastaveného procesu v centrálním vzdělávacím systému a určení odpovědných pracovníků ke vzdělávání. Dalším zjištěním je nedostatek nabízeného školení a informovanost zaměstnanců. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků přináší diplomová práce návrhy a doporučení pro systematické firemní vzdělávání v daném podniku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the system of corporate education in the company XYZ. In the theoretical part, the author deals with the lifelong learning, the corporate education, and the cycle of systematic adult education. In the practical part, the thesis deals with a specific system of education in the organization and types of training. The result of the thesis is finding of the absence of set up process of the central educational system and determination of responsible employees for the education. Another finding is the lack of the offered training and the employee awareness. Based on the identified shortcomings, the thesis provides proposals and recommendations for systematic corporate education in the company.
