Evaluation of the sameness between the evaluators in histological quantification of the finding of the microorganism Helicobacter pylori in gastric mucosa biopsy.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvantitativní shodou počtu mikroorganismů Helicobacter pylori mezi hodnotícími v biopsiích sliznice žaludku obarvenými metodami Warthin-Starry a Giemsa. Práce za pomoci statistického zhodnocení poukazuje na lepší viditelnost bakterií ve vzorcích barvených metodou Warthin-Starry.
Abstract:
The Bachelor's thesis looks at the quantitative match of the number of Helicobacter pylori microorganisms among those assessed in gastric mucosal biopsies dyed by warthin-starry and Giemsa methods. The work, aided by statistical evaluation, points to better visibility of bacteria in samples coloured by the Warthin-Starry method.
