Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku cenotvorby hmotného produktu, který je nabízet na trhu. Problematika cenotvorby je pro každou společnost klíčovou záležitostí, protože neodráží jen úspěšnost produktu a firmy na trhu, ale také finanční zisky, kterých společnost dosahuje. Teoretická část práce čerpá z odborných zdrojů a charakterizuje související faktory, které cenu a její stanovení ovlivňují. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní společnost a její produkt, který je na trhu úspěšný. Nejdříve je v práci daná firma podrobně charakterizována a je provedena hloubková analýza cenotvorby vzhledem ke kalkulaci nákladů, konkurenci a poptávce. Výsledky zjištění jsou diskutovány s teoreticky nabytými znalostmi a shrnuty za pomoci odborných metod. Z toho následně vyplývají návrhy a doporučení, které jsou výsledkem analýzy stávajícího stavu. Cílem této práce je analyzovat proces cenotvorby bezpečnostních dveří do bytů s ohledem na kalkulací nákladů, poptávku a konkurenci.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the problems of pricing of a tangible product that is offered on the market. The problem of pricing is a key issue for every company, because it reflects not only the success rate of the product and the company on the market, but also the financial profits which is achieved by it. The theoretical part of the thesis draws on expert sources and characterizes the related factors that influence the price and its determination. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the specific company and its product, which is successful on the market. First, in the thesis, the firm is characterized in detail and an in-depth analysis of pricing is performed with regsard to costing, competition and demand. The results of the findings are discussed with the theoretically acquired knowledge and summarized by using expert methods. This then leads to proposals and recommendations, which are the result of an analysis of the current situation. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the pricing process of residential security doors in view of costing, demand and competition.
