This thesis deals with the life of the German population in the small town of Vimperk in the first half of the twentieth century. The first part describes the emergence of the town and then depicts the life of its population in the period since the Czechoslovak Republic, ie.from 1918, through World War II to the following expulsion of the German population until the end of the year 1946. Diese Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der deutschen Bevölkerung in der Stadt Vimperk im 20. Jahrhundert und mit deren Vertreibung im Jahre 1946. Im ersten Teil wird kurz die Gründung der Stadt beschrieben, anschließend die deutsche Bevölkerung in Vimperk in der Tschechoslowakei, das heißt von dem Jahr 1918 über die Zeit des Zweiten Weltkriegs und die darauffolgende Vertreibung bis in die Zeit nach …more
