This diploma thesis is focused on the reform of the pension system in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on II. pillar. Its aim is analysis of the pension system in the Czech Republic, its evaluation (finding deficiencies) and to propose possible changes. The theoretical part deals about pension provision.
