Abstract:

Diplomová práce nesoucí název Lobbying zájmových skupin si klade za cíl objasnění pojmů jako je zájmová skupina, politická strana, lobbying či korupce. Samotné pochopení těchto pojmů a současně také porozumění jejich vzájemné provázanosti je podstatné při hledání odpovědí na otázky související s lobbyingovými aktivitami. Další část práce se soustřeďuje na úpravu lobbyingu a aktivit s ním souvisejících ve zvolených státech a státních uskupeních. Jde o USA, EU a konkrétní vybrané státy jako je Francie, Polsko či Kanada. V závislosti na získaných faktech se vyjadřuji k možné úpravě lobbyingu v České republice a to buďto s příklonem k regulační úpravě lobbyingu nebo s příklonem k autoregulačnímu principu, tedy principu uplatňovaném například ve VB založeném na morálním cítění obyvatel.

Abstract:

This dissertation, called 'Lobbying of Interest Groups', aims to shed light on terms such as interest group, political party, lobbying and corruption. Understanding of these terms and their mutual relationship is essential for comprehending the complex area of lobbying. As the paper progresses, I focus on the forms of lobbying and on the activities that accompany in concrete states and certain state structures. In particular, I will examine the situation in the US and Canada as well as in some chosen EU countries such as France and Poland. Based on the data resulting from this study, I will suggest certain changes to be made in the area of lobbying in the Czech Republic. These are referring to the modification of lobbying in a regulatory sense and auto regulation, a system based on ethics of a country's population, which is widely used for example in the UK.
