Diplomová práce se věnuje ocenění Trinity Bank, a.s. s cílem odhadnout její tržní hodnotu za předpokladu využití veřejně dostupných dat. Teoretická část práce popisuje specifika bankovního trhu včetně rizik spojených s bankovním trhem a popisem vybraných oceňovacích metod pro bankovní subjekty.
