Craft and art handicraft in Scandinavia and its influence on development of Scandinavian design
Abstract:
The subject of this work the development of scandinavian craft and art handicraft and its influence on development of scandinavian design. Furthermore it analyzes locally characteristic particularities of both craft and design production in broader cultural, social and historical context.
Abstract:
Práca popisuje a analyzuje vývoj a vplyvy škandinávskej remeselnej výroby a tvroby na vývoj a podobu škandinávskeho dizajnu, v časovom rámci od počiatku 20. storočia až po súčasnosť. Ďalej sa podrobne zaoberá analýzou lokálne charakteristických špecifík ako remeselenej tak i dizajnérskej tvroby v širšom kultúrnom, spoločenskom a historickom kontexte.
