Předmětem této diplomové práce je pojištění vkladů v právu ČR a právu EU. Práce je zaměřena především na evropský systém pojištění vkladů, přičemž cílem práce bude zjistit, zda neshody v dokončení evropského systému pojištění vkladů (EDIS) jsou způsobeny politickými či ekonomickými rozpory mezi členskými státy. The subject of this master's thesis is deposit insurance in the legal framework of the Czech Republic and the EU. The aim of the thesis is to ascertain whether discrepancies in the completion of the European Deposit Insurance System (EDIS) are caused by political or economic disputes among member states.
