Abstract:

V jednotlivých kapitolách této diplomové práce na téma „Využití stakeholderské analýzy ve strategické analýze“ vypracuji stakeholderský model podniku a definuji vliv a důležitost jednotlivých stakeholderů na něj. Zároveň stanovím využití analýzy stakeholderů jako nástroje strategické analýzy. Cílem práce je tedy analyzovat přínos stakeholderské analýzy ve strategické analýze, přičemž vedlejší cíle jsou stanoveny jako analyzování stávajících přístupů ke stakeholderské analýze jako celku, identifikace stakeholderů a určení faktorů jejich důležitosti a navržení postupu stakeholderské analýzy.

Abstract:

Individual chapters of this thesis on the theme Stakeholder´s analysis of the strategic analysis of business model utilization will I draw up stakeholder´s model and define the impact and importance of stakeholders to him. At the same time will be drawn up the use of Stakeholder Analysis as a tool for strategic analysis. The aim is therefore to analyze benefit of stakeholder´s analysis in strategic analysis, while secondary objectives are set out as an analysis of nowadays approaches to stakeholder´s analysis as a whole, the identification of stakeholders and determining the factors of their importance and the procedure of the stakeholder´s analysis determination.
