Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou 3D buněčných kultur, způsoby hodnocení růstu a viability buněčných sféroidů a jejich využitím k hodnocení toxických účinků chemických látek. V experimentální části se práce věnuje optimalizaci metod hodnocení viability buněkkultivovaných v agarózových mikrogelech ve 3D prostředí. Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the 3D cell cultures, methods for assessment vialibity and growth of multicellular spheroids, and their use for evaluation toxic effects of chemicals. In the experimental part the thesis focuses on optimalization of methods for assessment of viability and growth of spheroid cell cultures cultivated in micromolded agarose microgels.
