The impact of knowledge transfer on the innovation performance of enterprises - an international comparison

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu transferu znalostí na inovační výkonnost podniků ve vybraných zemích. V první části se práce zabývá potřebou rozvoje podniků, konkurenceschopností a znalostním a inovujícím podnikem. V další části jsou charakterizovány determinanty inovační výkonnosti. Závěrečná část analyzuje data získaná empirickým šetřením se zaměřením na transfer znalostí. Na základě analýzy jsou udělena doporučení pro další rozvoj.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the impact of knowledge transfer on the innovative performance of enterprises in selected countries. At first, it is centered on the need of companies' development, competitiveness and knowledge and innovative company. Then the determinants of innovative performance are explained. The final part analyses data which were collected by empiric survey with focus on knowledge transfer. The recommendations for further development are given based on the analysis.
