Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na americké umění třicátých let, speciálně pak na dokumentární fotografii jako nástroj zobrazující sociální a politické změny v období Velké hospodářské krize. Mimo jiného se též zabývá otázkou autentičnosti dokumentární fotografie sponzorované vládou. Vše je pak reflektováno v analýze tvorby americké fotografky Dorothey Langeové s ohledem na dané období.
Abstract:
The work focuses on American art of the 1930s, especially on a documentary photography as a tool for portraying social and political changes of the Great Depression period. Apart from others, it deals with a question concerning authenticity of the documentary photography sponsored by the Government.
