Communication mix of Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Cíl bakalářské práce na téma Komunikační mix města Ústí nad Labem je uveden v úvodu práce. Tímto cílem je popsat a zhodnotit vybrané nástroje komunikačního mixu města Ústí nad Labem, zejména propagačních materiálů a webových stránek. V první části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy, vztahující se k tématu práce. Ve druhé části jsou uvedeny a popsány vybrané nástroje komunikace města Ústí nad Labem a jejich konkrétní použití. Závěr práce vyhodnocuje zjištěné skutečnosti, jako je nedostatečné šíření povědomí o komunikačních nástrojích města mezi občany a váhavý postoj ve využití nových technologií, které by mohly zaujmout mladší generace.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis named Communication mix of Ústí city is given in a Itroduction of this thesis. The aim is to describe and evaluate the choosen instruments of communication mix of Ústí city, especially of promotional materials and web sites. In the first part of the thesis are described the basic concepts relating to the topic of the thesis. In the second part are given and described the selected instruments of Ústí city communication and their specific use. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates findings, such as lack of awarness about communication instruments of the city among citizens and hesitant attitude within a new technologies usage, which could attract younger generations.
