Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o vztahu mezi enzymem Rubisco a kyselinou abscisovou. Pro zkoumání interakce byl použit komerčně dodávaný enzym Rubisco a pro stanovení vlivu vazby na aktivitu a rychlost asimilace CO2 byly použity rostliny Arabidopsis thaliana (Landsberg erecta). Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with interaction between enzyme RuBisCO and abscisic acid. We used commercially available enzyme Rubisco for reasearch of bond and to test the effect of bond to activity of Rubisco and CO2 assimilation rate we used Arabiopsis thaliana (Landsberg erecta).
