Collateral value of real estate and valuation of real estate for the purposes of credit management
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je objasnit problematiku oceňování nemovitostí, a především definování pojmu „zástavní hodnota“. Dále také vymezení zásad, které je potřeba dodržovat pří jejím určením a upozornění na případná rizika, která mohou stanovení zástavní hodnoty ovlivnit. Veškeré zásady pro určení zástavní hodnoty jsou následně aplikovány na ocenění konkrétní nemovitosti.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to clarify the issue of real estate valuation, and above all to define the term "collateral value". Furthermore, a definition of the principles that need to be followed when determining it and a warning about possible risks that may affect the determination of the collateral value.
