Business Plan of a New Catering Facility

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo sestavit realizovatelný podnikatelský plán pro podnikatelský subjekt Hladová Raketa – restauraci ve městě Kosmonosy, který může sloužit jako podkladový materiál pro potenciálního investora a manuál pro management podniku. Teoreticko-metodologická část diplomové práce popisuje základní termíny pro orientaci v dalších částech a vybrané kapitoly z oblasti podnikání a gastronomie. V analytické části práce je provedena řada analýz zkoumajících mikroprostředí a makroprostředí podniku. Podnikatelský plán, stěžejní část diplomové práce, je sestaven na základě výsledků analytické části.

Abstract:

The aim of the master’s dissertation was to compile a feasible business plan for the business entity Hungry Racket - a restaurant in the town of Kosmonosy, which can serve as a background material for potential investors and a manual for business management. The theoretical and methodological part of the master’s dissertation describes the basic concepts for orientation in the next parts and selected chapters in the field of business and gastronomy. In the analytical part of the work there are a number of analyzes examining the micro and macro environment of the company. The business plan, the main part of the diploma thesis, is compiled on the basis of the results of the analytical part.
