Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá etikou ve veřejné správě. Záměrem autora přitom je nahlédnout na tuto oblast pohledem, který bude schopen využít spojení teorie a praxe. Proto je cílem teoretické části práce vymezit základní okruh otázek etiky, morálky a pojmů souvisejících nejen s platnou právní úpravou, ale též s hodnotami a požadavky moderní veřejné správy.
