The Formulation of the Delivery Terms according the INCOTERMS 2000
Abstract:
Mojea závěrečná práce seznamuje čtenáře s původem doložek INCOTERMS, jejich strukturou a popisuje všech 13 doložek. Také uvádím sladění INCOTERMS s dodací a platební podmínkou. Věřím, že moje práce poskytne základní návod, jak s INCOTERMS pracovat.
Abstract:
My thesis briefly acquaints INCOTERMS‘ origins, their conception and describes all 13 terms. In my thesis can be found also INCOTERMS‘ coordination with payment conditions and delivery conditions. I hope that my thesis gives direct instruction of use of international commercial terms.
