Analysis of managerial functions in the company.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou manažerských funkcí v konkrétním podniku. První a druhá kapitola se zabývá problematikou managementu a manažerských funkcí, a to sekvenčních a průběžných. Kapitola třetí je věnována analyzovanému podniku. V kapitole čtvrté je provedena analýza manažerských funkcí a v poslední kapitole jsou všechny manažerské funkce zhodnoceny a jsou zde návrhy na zlepšení.
Abstract:
This diploma work thesis deals with analyse of managerial functions in company. The first and second chapter thesis deals with problematics of management and managerial functions sequential and parallel. The third chapter is paid to the analyse company. In the fourth chapter is done with analyse of managerial functions. And in the last chapter are all managerial functions evaluated and they are offer …more
