Cílem práce je pomocí odborných zdrojů definovat problematiku autority učitelů, která je ovlivněna klimatem třídy, tedy žáky a učitelem. U učitele jako realizátora výchovně vzdělávacího procesu se zaměříme na jeho kvalifikaci, profesní kompetence, předpokládané dovednosti, a shrneme metody využívané při výuce. The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to define issues of teacher's authority which is influenced by climate of the class, consequently by students and teachers. We will focus on the teacher as a key actor of the educational process, on his qualifications, professional competencies, expected skills, and summarize the methods used in teaching practice.
