Detekce stresových situací na základě analýzy biosignálů

Abstract:

Stres může pro člověka velmi nebezpečný, proto by bylo vhodné na nebezpečné situace nějakým způsobem upozornit. Jde ovšem stres automaticky detekovat? Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá detekcí stresových situací na základě analýzy biosignálů, kterou bychom možná mohli problém automatické detekce vyřešit. Konkrétně jde o návrh a implementaci experimentální Java aplikace pro klasifikování situací (na klidové a blízké stresu) za pomoci příznaků z biosignálů GSR a HR (vypočteného z EKG). Tyto biosignály budou získávány pomocí Arduina s měřícím senzorem E-Health platform a dále zasílány pomocí sériového portu do PC k dalšímu zpracování. Jako klasifikátor bude použita neuronová síť Třívrstvý perceptron, která bude pro každého testovaného jedince vždy speciálně natrénována. Tento experiment bude zaměřen především na situace spojené s počítačem (jako počítání příkladů, promítání obrázků, hraní miniher).

Abstract:

Stress can be very dangerous for us, therefore it would be appropriate to somehow draw attention to dangerous situations. Is it, however, possible to automatically detect stress? This bachelor thesis deals with the detection of stress based on the analysis of biomedical signals, which might help us to solve the problem of automatic stress detection. Specifically, the design and implementation of an experimental Java application to classify situations (into rest and close to stress situations) using biosignals GSR and HR (calculated from ECG). These biosignals will be obtained using the Arduino with a measuring sensor E-Health platform and then sent through the serial port to a PC for further processing. The classifier used will be a Three-layer Perceptron neural network, which will be trained specially for each tested subject. This experiment will focus primarily on the situations associated with the computer (such as counting examples, slideshow, playing mini-games etc.).
