Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je charakteristika personální a mzdové agendy a její aplikace v praxi. Práce se zabývá problematikou personalistiky, zejména administrativními úkony a platnou legislativou, a mzdovou agendou týkající se systému výpočtu mezd a dokumentace s tímto spojené. The goal of this bachelor thesis is characteristic personnel administration and payroll in practice. Thesis thinks about problems of a personnel agent, mainly his administrative tasks and valid legislation, and the payroll leads the tasks of calculating payments and documentation.
