Cílem této práce je charakterizovat korporátní dluhopisy jako jednu z možností financování rozvoje firem. Zvolený problém jsem vyřešil zanalyzováním aktuálního českého a zahraničního prostředí. V řešení byly použity metody analýz a inovace. Použil jsem analýzu, jakými způsoby mohou investoři získat informace od emitentů, porovnání korporátních dluhopisů s ostatními investičními nástroje. The aim of this dissertation work is to characterised corporate bonds as one of the possibilities how to finance development of companies. I solved the given problem by analysing the current Czech and foreign markets. Methods of analyses and innovation were used to come to the solution.
