Restoration of a garden art monument with a focus on vegetation elements

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zvolený objekt zahradního umění. Vybrán byl zámecký park ve Velkých Heralticích, který je součástí kulturní památky zámek Velké Heraltice. Důraz je kladen na studium historických reálií, ze kterého je možné poznání historického vývoje objektu. Vývoj objektu započal ve 13. století, avšak největší důraz autor klade na 19., 20. a 21. století. Na základě provedených analýz a průzkumů je předkládán výstup práce, kterým je studie obnovy objektu. Studie kombinuje několik památkových metod obnovy a se zaměřuje na znovu obnovení kompozice anglického krajinářského parku z 19. století. Jako dílčí část studie jsou zpracovány návrh pro obnovu, jedná se například o návrh pěstebních opatření, dosadeb a koncepčního návrhu cestní sítě. Některé dílčí části jsou zpracovány až do stupně pro provádění stavby, dle platné vyhlášky o dokumentaci staveb.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the chosen object of garden art. The chosen site was the castle park in Velké Heraltice, which is part of the cultural monument Velké Heraltice Castle. The emphasis is placed on the study of historical realities, from which it is possible to understand the historical development of the building. The development of the building has began in the 13th century, but the author places the greatest emphasis on the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. On the basis of the analyses and research carried out, the output of the thesis is presented, which is a study of the restoration of the building. The study combines several monument restoration methods. The study is focused on the re establishment of the composition of the 19th century English landscape park. The study also covers, proposals for restoration, such as the design of planting measures, replanting and the conceptual design of the path network. Some parts are developed up to the construction stage, in accordance with the current degree on construction documentation.
